Fletcher has been a Realtor since 2010 after graduating from K-State with a degree in Business. He joined Sheets-Adams Realtors after moving back to the area in 2019. He enjoys helping first-time home buyers find their perfect home as well as helping home sellers quickly sell their current home and find their next one.

In addition to being a Realtor, Fletcher is also a licensed insurance agent at Raleigh Insurance. This enhances his ability to communicate with mortgagees not only about the sale or purchase of a home, but also about other details such as insurance.
