Kayla is the owner/managing broker for Sheets-Adams Realtors, Hutchinson and has been an agent since 2017. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kansas board of Realtors and Prairie Land Realtors. She has served on numerous committees for Prairie Land Realtors, is active in the community and most recently, Kayla received the Prairie Land Realtors “2023 Realtor of the Year” award.

Kayla is a Kansas native, having grown up in Inman, KS and attended Kansas State University, graduating with her bachelor's in business management and a minor in marketing. Kayla enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband Wade, her dog Kurt, and hanging out with friends and family.
